We work closely with international buyers to understand their unique requirements and deliver high-performance, energy-efficient products that meet international standards (ISO9001, CE, RoHS, FCC, UL).

2. Orders and Quotations
All orders and quotations are subject to our acceptance. Detailed specifications, customization requests, and production timelines shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties. Any modifications to the agreed terms must be confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to adjust prices and terms based on production costs and market conditions.

3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual order agreements. We accept various payment methods, including T/T, L/C, PayPal, and Western Union. For bulk orders, flexible payment arrangements may be negotiated. Failure to adhere to payment deadlines may result in order delays or cancellation.

4. Delivery and Lead Times
We commit to on-time delivery and provide estimated lead times upon order confirmation. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jiajia is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
